My name is Mahité, I am 40 years old and I am a literary, travel & Christian content- translator.
The genesis origin of this « “nomade & littéraire” » project » comes from a desire to work with the values that are important to me ( and serve values that make sense to me).
Indeed, I have learned and accepted over time that my journey here on earth is too short to invest in projects that do not match my personal values. Therefore, my project “nomade & littéraire” focuses in areas that give hope, help make life better and give a reason to get up in the morning.
Finding the right word is a something I really love. Since an early age, I have been cultivating a passion for words through reading, poetry, poetry slam & short novel writing. Later, I studied foreign languages & literature.
Furthermore, I have lived in Mauritius, Argentina, India, Russia and in these countries I have cultivated my second great passion : travelling with its changes of scenes where the known is left behind in order to discover a new and other reality.
My third true love has been my personal life-changing encounter with Jesus. At that moment, my life reached an absolute turning point, I passed from darkness to light and from then on, my life has been radically changed. It has been then such a natural process to put my writing skills and language knowledge at the French audience’s disposition so that it can access to otherwise inaccessible English content.
